1. Who are we?

tyrepas.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, KvK 63324547. These terms and conditions apply to any use of the website and the service.

2. What we provide — and what we don't

We provide general information about the legislation on which this platform is based, with reference to the official text. This is explicitly not legal advice: no advisory relationship is created, we do not assess your situation and we give no guarantee that you will comply with the regulation with the help of our information.

Decisions about your own compliance are yours to make, if necessary with a lawyer or in consultation with the competent supervisory authority.

3. Diligence and errors

We endeavour to present information accurately, up-to-date and with source attribution, and we check every text before publication. However, legislation and its interpretation change; completeness or accuracy cannot therefore be guaranteed. If you spot an error, please report it — we will update the text or remove it.

4. Subscription and payment

The subscription runs per month or per year and can be terminated at the end of the subscription period. All prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number, VAT is reverse charged.

5. Use of the content

The texts on this platform are copyright protected. Automated and large-scale harvesting (scraping) or commercial reuse is not permitted without written permission. The underlying legal texts are public and remain freely accessible via EUR-Lex.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from decisions you make based on the information provided, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. If you have a complaint, please let us know first via office@tyrepas.eu; if we cannot resolve it together, you may bring the matter before the competent Dutch court.
