From catalogue to passport
- The product scan. You provide your catalogue — an export from your inventory system is sufficient. We classify each product in its group and show what is missing for each product.
- Supplement. You fill in what you know yourself. For supply chain data we send one request per supplier — not four separate emails about the same product.
- Publish. The passport goes live at its own address, with a QR code that you place on the product or packaging.
- Maintain. If anything changes, the passport changes too — and the old version is kept. It must be: in a recall, the question is always what was on there on the day of sale.

This site covers one product group. If your assortment falls into multiple groups — and for importers that is more the rule than the exception — then you create on prodpas.eu digital product passports for all eight groups from one account. One subscription, one login, and a product that falls into two groups you enter once with two passport layers.
Are you already a customer here and want to switch? Then you only pay the difference in entry fee — € 250.00 — and the passports you have already invoiced will be transferred. You do not pay twice for the same step.
